Reboxing and Reculling

For Re-boxing at the CLIENT office: After CLIENT’s sorting and segregation of all its files/records, they will undergo a physical inspection to ensure that only cartons in good condition will be stored at QRM . Re-boxing will be highly suggested for dilapidated cartons. For Culling and Re-boxing: They shall be conducted in the presence of a CLIENT representative. Upon completion, the cartons should be sealed and signed by the client representative to ensure confidentiality and security of the contents.
